I couldn't be more pleased by the service I've received. A water heater accident left a strip of carpet very dirty right after Zerorez had cleaned it. The tech, Les, came back yesterday and took care of the problem and assured me if that visit didn't do it he's be happy to come back. No charge. Wow.

The Zerorez experience was amazing. I could not have been happier with the service proviced from beginning to end. Booking online was an easy process, updates for when the carpet cleaning was scheduled were extremely helpful, and the service and results for the actual carpet cleaning far exceeded my expectations.
