The only comment I would have is, after he left I started to notice a foul odor that smelled like dirty mop water. I have been spraying air freshener throughout the house for the last 2 days.
Do they use old recycled water from other houses that could cause this odor?

I’ve had Coit and Stanley Steamer clean my carpet but Zerorez did a far better job than the other companies I’ll always use Zerorez.
