He was not pushy in his approach which we appreciate. Keith was respectful of our home in his actions and his words. We would definitely use their service again and recommend them to any one that ask us. We were pleased about the care Keith took in cleaning our older carpet and we received compliments on the appearance.

I think you continue to do a very good job. Although I am very disappointed with the decision to do an ask for a tip. It is tacky and like other service providers such as plumbers and electricians, not the work force that should be making the ask - in my home. While I appreciate the work this company does, I will think again about using you. Disappointing.

SO clean...........and natural. Best cleaning we've ever had on our carpet. The NO residue was a game changer for us. Our technician was Dustin..........He was simply the best.

I was satisfied with the work done but not the way it was scheduled. My window of time was 2-5 and my neighbor was going to get her carpet cleaned between 3-6 . He didn’t show up till almost 5:30 and my neighbor had to be somewhere at 6:30 so he did hers first and mine second . It was 8pm when he finished . He was very apologetic as he had a big job before ours . You need to schedule better!!

I have to tell you that Lee was absolutely amazing. He explained everything that he was doing and the benefits of it. Super friendly and I would 100% recommend zero rez to everybody!!!

I am always pleased with the service I receive. I've never had anyone out who wasn't extremely kind, knowlegeble, hard working and diligent about his work. AJ was here on Saturday and he did an excellent job. Explained some of the added services he could offer and while we declined, he did make us aware of them. I recommend Zerorez to everyone I hear that is in need of your services.
