I absolutely love that there isn't a strong chemical smell to my carpet after getting cleaned. It smells fresh and clean! The technician was amazing at explaining everything to me, and helping me with my carpet needs. He did an incredible job.

I like the professional people and the products certainly help the carpet. I've used you I think around 3 times. My only concern this time was the guys seemed to be in a hurry. After they left I looked at the carpet and felt more time could have been given to the spots on the carpet that needed to be taken out. I can still see most of them so felt they could have been more focused on getting them out instead of being in such a hurry. Sorry!

Appointment staff (Wayne) was knowledgeable; had a clear, mature speaking voice; and was very professional. He was un-rushed, thorough, and was an excellent first impression for ZeroRez.

On-site technician (Kyle) was knowledgeable, seemed to really like his job and was conscientious about his work. His appearance was neat and his work was efficient and well done.
