Rick Jenkins in the area rug department was very helpful pointing out the condition of the rug needing cleaning. Recommending a pad as the existing backing was wearing out. The facility location is easily accessible from Hwy. 100. Plus, Rick carried the rug in from and to my car. Should we need area rug cleaning in the future, definitely will use ZEROREZ again.
