Our technician was very professional. He did a good job explaining the process. When we were concerned that our traffic spots wouldn’t come clean, he told us about Zerorez carpet installation service, which we had never heard about. He got Nate to come out that day for a free estimate. Nate was also very professional. We planned to order new carpet and install; however, the next day our carpet (now dry) looked good as new!

The guys did a great job and were friendly and professional. I like that no residue was left behind, but it was still able to clean very well and remove most stains. I would definitely use ZeroRez again!

My carpets look amazing! They are so soft again. I also had the BEST technician clean my carpets. Roosevelt was so friendly and knowledgeable and was so patient with me even when I decided at the last minute to add my hallway to the service. My two little shy girls were home at the time (almost 3 and 1) and by the time Roosevelt left they were talking his ear off and giving him high fives. If I could give Roosevelt more than 5 stars I definitely would. If I ran a business I would want to clone him and hire all of them! He seriously brightened my day!

What do you like about our products and services?

very clean, no smells, dries fast. However, two days after I apid 185.00 for three rooms I received a coupon for the same service for $119.00. No t happy about that at all.
