Exceeded my expectations! Our technician worked with me to determine the best way to treat an extremely dirty carpet. The results were remarkable. I am so glad I decided to give Zerorez a try. They have earned my loyalty.

The technician was very professional and friendly.
I didn't like that I had no written or e-mailed estimate......because when the technician told me $300.00, I almost croaked!! I remembered the phone estimate as being under $200.00!!! $100.00 more than I was planning on was quite a jolt!

It took two days to dry....................NOT 6 - 8 hours. I had the A/C and fan going as well as a ceiling fan.

I was not told if I should vacuum the clean carpet like I was the last time. Google says to vacuum it, too, when totally dry. I have not put the furniture back yet, because I want to make sure it IS dry!!

I think the carpet is clean and I'm pleased how it turned out..................so far. The cost was out of line. The same cleaning areas and protection spray were done yesterday that we had Zerorez do a few years ago and I KNOW I didn't pay $300.00!!! Your company did our entire complex of five buildings. But, I will think twice about calling again because of such an increase in price. And, I don't remember the company asking for a tip for the driver! Name removed
