I like how they protected floors & walls from nicks from the equipment. She put proctectors under furniture we did not want to move. The shower was the most improved of the rooms we had done.

Technition was polite and friendly. Very professional and asked about special areas to concentrate on. Easy to schedule and true to time frame of appointment. Stains were removed and carpet dried quickly.
