I wanted a quick pick up of my rug. They scheduled it right away. The rug looks great, they fixed a few things, and got it back in a timely way. The two guys who delivered were friendly and efficient and put the rug back in place. All good!

I have used Zerorez so many times it must be obvious that I am very happy with the final outcome. This MUST be your highest recommendation. I have had the same carpet for 22 years. Since I have a Day Care in my home, the main traffic areas of my home are used and abused by thousands of little footprints, sick kids and oops spots when baby or animal doesn’t make it to the bathroom or outside. Just when I am so discussed with the pathways stamped into it and I think it’s time for new carpet, I call Zerorez. Your guys do such an amazing job, and my carpet comes out so clean, I think -ok I can wait a bit longer.

This last time, Raekwon Hughes was very informative in explaining the process and suggested the extra sanitation treatment, which I went for.. He was hardworking and thorough. Got out all the stains. Very helpful. And Nick was super! He even moved chairs and end table to clean under. I had only moved what I could manage. No one had ever done that before.
