I had my couches cleaned and a chair. They turned out great. The chair was in bad shape but he cleaned it twice just to make sure it got good and clean.

The service was timely and the floors were well-cleaned. But I asked the associate to clean a larger area rug, which he did, but he did not clean underneath the rug until I asked him to. That just seems like common sense to me.

We love the idea of Zero Residue! We love having the carpets clean. We would have liked the technician to have spent more time and doing a higher quality clean and working the stains out. But the carpets looked pretty good.

...the man who cleaned our carpets was very helpful, very accommodating to get the job done to my satisfaction.... he was respectful both to myself and also to our home and he always made sure I knew what was involved with the whole process as well as the costs .

I like the product because it cleans the carpets without using chemicals and soaps that can damage the carpet.
