The folks at ZEROREZ were extremely easy to work with and did fast and fantastic work! Their tech came over when I was at work, called me when he got there and called me when he left. My carpet looks like new and the price was very affordable. I have nothing but praise to give the team at ZEROREZ and I absolutely would recommend them to anybody!

The gentleman who came to our house to clean the carpets was one of the most genuinely considerate people I've met in years. I wish I could remember his name, so I could request him next time, but given his character, he might move on to greater opportunities.

Great job on the area rugs I dropped off, and very nice work by Jerome on my interior cleaning of old indoor carpet; all just in time for visiting guests. (Just had a little challenge in arranging payment and delivery of the area rugs over the phone, but all ended well)
