Not only did Garrett do an excellent job, he was very friendly, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. He gave an honest and forthright assessment of the situation and gave me the confidence to move forward with his recommendations. I have used Zerorez in the past with good results and had tried other carpet cleaning firms before deciding to call them again to clean my carpets. The service was as I had hoped as the technician was able to get the areas clean where I had deep traffic and my stairs are looking quite nice. The other cleaning companies did n't get the deep down dirt out like Zerorez. I'll call Zerorez again to clean my carpets as they have always done a great job and gotten the areas I had concerns with clean. Thank you for doing a great job.
