Glen Dawson and Lee were great at their carpet cleaning work, but folks there’s more. There were lots of explanations and information about carpet cleaning, and the importance of Zerorez carpet pads for area rugs. These explanations were given by Glen, many including his entertaining demeanor throughout, including dancing! Lee was the excellent assistant who completed this Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Comedy Team and risked putting his cell phone down in our air ducts to show us what’s there - yes they contained dirt and some strange objects. If we get a pad and Orientsl hall rug cleaned, it will be done by Zerorez. I love that there is no soap residue left in the carpets. Our carpets look like new now but are 22 years old. We have used Zerorez once before with great results, but we won’t soon forget Glen and Lee.

Justin is a great representative of Zerorez and very professional. There were no surprises. It was fast and efficient, only took a couple hours to do the whole house, so minimum disruption. And now my house is clean!

My carpets always look so clean and there is no odor after the cleaning. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I am always pleased how they listen to my concerns. We were pleased to have Mike Rodriguez and would ask for him the next time we have our carpets cleaned.

The technician, Tom Peterson, was great. He called approximately 10 minutes prior to his arrival. The three hour window previously provided was 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and he arrived a bit after 8:00 a.m. Walked through the house and Mr. Peterson provided me with all of the anticipated costs associated with the job. Mr. Peterson was efficient and very personable throughout. A very easy and thorough project.

Dash was great -- personable, concerned, committed to doing a great job. And he did. He explained the process to me ahead of time, worked consistently the whole time he was at our house, and cleaned everything up before he left. I recommend him highly.
