Less residue. I have a pet and Zeroez does great job of cleaning oils from her coat out of the carpet.

The tech was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and detailed explaining the process. The carpet cleaning went very quickly and turned out nice. The only item was I was hoping the carpet would have a cleaner smell which is very faint but wish it were a little stronger. But overall great experience.
