I have had Zero Rez clean my carpet for years. It always looks great when they finish and stays beautiful for many months. I do have the advantage of 30 year old carpet... made with some nylon... which seems to hold up well. The representative has always been polite, on time, and thorough. I highly recommend ZeroRez to anyone getting their carpets cleaned.

I’ve never had my furniture thoroughly cleaned before, so I wasn’t sure what would happen.
Everything was calm and smoothly done - no bad surprises.
There was no heavy smell to the cleaning product.
It took an extra couple hours beyond the stated time that the furniture would need to dry.
When we sat in our chairs, I felt a strong sense of joy and peace because they had become new again. I had resolved myself to dirty chairs that would constantly have to be slip-covered.

Our carpet is 15 years old. We raised 4 kids + pets and after Zerorez cleans, the carpet feels practically new again. I was ready to replace the carpet this year but a change in finances put the project on hold. Instead I called Zerorez and it feels like I have new carpet again anyhow! I also love that when I call for an appointment they’re not booked for weeks. This time they arrived next day! And the technicians are always friendly and fast.
