The carpet actually turned out looking better than I expected. The carpet cleaner (Emily, I believe) was informative, and professional. She made some suggestions, but wasn’t pushy. Bottom line - I will likely hire them again.

The technician arrived onsite at the beginning of the promised time window, so it did not take my whole morning. I had agreed to one room and a stairway, but he included a hallway for no extra charge. And he did an excellent job.

Cleanliness of product.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from Zerorez. I have 35 year old white burbur carpets and they turned out looking like new. I will definitely call zerorez again.
