Communication was very timely. The person that cleaned the carpet was very nice and communicated which step was happening next. he also walked through the areas that were cleaned ti make sure I was good with the end product. He made sure that I saw the invoice and that he had the correct products that I ordered. Carpets looked so much better! All around great service!

I am a first-time customer. It was easy to make an appointment; the woman who spoke with me on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The technician was professional and did a great job. Our carpets were a little damp, but they were dry within 36 hours. My house did not smell like chemicals, which I appreciated very much. The technician was prompt, and the communication was excellent.

We’ve had Zerorez for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning and I can’t recommend them enough!! From the phone people to the email notifications ( concerning timing, etc) they are, in this day and age, amazingly efficient! No way I’d contact anyone else for these services! Just do it!

The cost is something to consider when getting your carpets cleaned. Zerorez almost feels like it’s getting washed.

Deodorizer and a protectant added to the price, but I really wanted it.

I believe most carpet companies offer a decent 3-room deal and it gets them in the door. They then offer some options based on the condition of your carpets and how many extras you add to the service.

I think if you call them in and don’t have a lot of furniture to move, you can get by pretty inexpensively and have them come by whenever they run a special.

I will call back Zerorez. My carpets feel and look like new again. My house smells clean, but not overwhelmed by a perfume cover spray.
