Make certain that the appointment time scheduled is met. My scheduled appointment was to be between 12 and 2 PM. The technician called to advise that he would be late because of another job that had to be completed. He arrived around 3 PM making my carpet cleaning "day" later than I had expected. However, he did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and I would use your company again.

It was quick, easy, dries fast and my wool rugs look great. It was really important to me that there were no harmful chemicals since we have two dogs.

Professional, accurate and timely communications all around. Technician was very thorough in all aspects, corner protection, safety cones around truck, communication, uniformed and professional. Bottom line, you guys came out and did exactly what you stated you would do and the results were better than I expected. Great job!

Wasn't aware of Fuel charge, wasn't able to get an invoice before I wrote my check, took 2 phone calls to get an invoice emailed to me. Wasn't able to get a business card either. I almost felt it wasn't a reputable company. The technician was very nice and hopefully my stains will not reappear in the near future

Everyone was very friendly and professional. We were in a hurry to have our carpets cleaned and the call center helped us to get an appointment right away. Brian was our technician. He did an excellent job, was very friendly and helpful in answering questions regarding other services you provide.

1. The original appointment was missed. There was not alternative that was offered that was within our time frame. Eventually the company managed to fulfill their commitment only after several calls. After the service we were again disappointed. The cushions we treated but the frames of the furniture was not. If that wasn't enough the cushions on the chairs were left with soil parts and somewhat cleaner parts. You could obviously tell which sections were slightly cleaned as you could compare them to the part next. The cushions for lack of a better term looked striped. For $160 we were now left with furniture that was even less presentable. I took photos which I will gladly forward for your review if you send me an email address. If you have a facebook page I can post the photos there. Frankly I am more interested in getting my monies worth and clean furniture than I am in being able to drink the cleaning solution.

The technician was great! He introduced himself, friendly, asked questions and listened to our responses and concerns. The carpet looked like new again and my in-laws are very happy with the service. It has been nearly two months since the carpet was cleaned and it looks great! We will definitely refer your company to family and friends. My only issue was the long wait time when I called to schedule an appointment due to the fact that it was my in-law's mobile home that needed the service and I was not sure whether or not your company provided service for mobile homes.

I was impressed that you responded immediately to my e-mail, sent a technician to measure and got back to me promptly with a quote. The day prior to service you called to advise what time to expect the technician, and on the day of service, the technician arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and efficient, and was done in no time. He said he was appreciative that we did a good job of getting everything off the floor, making his job easier. He explained the process and provided shoe covers in the event I needed to walk on the carpet before it was dry. It helped tremendously that he is bi-lingual as he was able to communicate with our janitor and advise him when it was 'safe' to come in and clean!

Absolutely everything. The initial phone call was easy and efficient. The technician was very professional. My carpet looks fabulous. My carpet dried very quickly, my house smelled fresh and there were no chemical which I was very happy about. I don't know why I waited so long to get this done. I am sure it was because in the past it was soapy with chemicals and it took forever to dry.

You should have a phone number for the technicians when they are assigned a project. In our case, no one showed up and we waited for 8 hours. When calling the office shortly before 5 it went to voice mail. If the techs cell phone was listed on the confirmaiton e-mail we could have called and not wasted our entire evening.

The technician arrived on time (actually early) and did a great job - our carpets look cleaner than they have in years.
