I got my rugs cleaned from Zerorez this past February. The rugs hadn't been done in 3 years. The job was a bit more in price but were cleaned and protected by some added process The result of the cleaning process was amazing, and the bedroom rugs were spotless.
The problem is with the new tech system of payment.
. Now when you give a credit card to pay, they use the app from the phone of the tech person instead of an individual card reader where you can see the receipt and write your own signature, I was not informed of the added charge buts Zerorez is a responsible and reliable company.
I spoke to the manger explained my concern and was given a refund.
This is a new problem for seniors like me because in order to save fees from card readers they use the phone app of the company. This has happened twice to me recently.
