I love the fact that it's all natural, I love the fresh scent. The carpet is clean. I guess I was expecting a miracle, Lol. I'm not an easy one to please, so really it's just me. I usually clean my own carpets. We are used to spending hours & hours on cleaning our carpets because we wet them until the water comes out clean, which is not an easy task. Then it takes day's to dry. I think I'll be happier as the months go by & I can see the difference in leaving no residue to attract more dirt. I'm probably speaking too soon. All that being said, I was delighted with the professionalism and promptness. I'm just not ready to offer up a 10. I have to wait & see how long this lasts. Also: Note to self:: NEVER EVER use a black light again!!!

The technician did not complete the job although I did not find that out from my wife until he had left. The man who called me two days later was rude, basically calling me a liar and criticizing me for tipping my Zerorez technicians each time. I would never expose anyone I know to this treatment from this technician nor the man who called from your office. Neither my wife nor I will ever call your company again.

I truly appreciated the professionalism of Carlos when he came to my house. He was informative, did an amazing job, worked hard, got the pet stains out, and made my carpet look fantastic! He was friendly and so kind. I was informed every step of the way starting with making the appointment up to getting an earlier time slot the day of. I would highly recommend zerorez.. quality work, affordable pricing, great staff, they've got it all!!

Over charged me, and insted of cleaning shower floor tile, he cleaned just the tile but not the shower floor. When I called back which was about 7 minutes after he left asked the lady inthe office to have the man that did clean my carpet to have him call me back. She was also rude.
Here it is , another day later and as of yet, not a phone call to me from you people.
