after using 3 different companies, ZeroRez was the ONLY company that was able to REMOVE the horrible black street residue that was ground into the previous owners brand new carpet by her electric wheelchair. COREY was the BEST Tech. BY FAR! Our carpet now looks like new!

We’ve been using you guys for a few years now. And we have had great service. But this last time wasn’t up to par with the other times. The worker was a nice guy. No problems there. After the carpet dried there were still a lot of spots there. I’ve had way dirtier carpet and you guys made it look great. I just don’t know the difference or what happened this time. It was bad enough that i had to hire another company to come redo two rooms and spot clean the rest. We’re doing a cross country move tomorrow and this was just an unnecessary hassle before the move.
I like that it leaves no residue on the carpet. My carpet & furniture looked like new.

Carpet cleaning process explained & questions answered before actual cleaning starts. Any additional cost is explained to customer & must be approved by customer before cleaning begins. Technician is careful & respectful & tries to protect customer's home from being damaged by equipment & product.

It's quick. And .. it works. My 3 year-old grandson regularly decorates my living room carpet with chocolate milk and other drinks. And Zerorez comes in and restores my carpet to brand new!
