The only thing that keeps me from rating a 10 is price. You're expensive. I wanted my sofa sectional done too but was told the starting price was $250. Others have done it for $50 to $100. Didn't surprise me with all the advertising you do. But the product and service is great. thanks

The carpet took about 12 hours to dry....under whelmed with result.
My carpets look and smell Amazing!! My dog had peed everywhere and I just could not get them clean enough on my own. My whole house was done in about an hour and the carpets were dry in just a few hours. I know I’ll be calling you back because I’ll always have pets.
I was charged $70 more for pet spots and was told that the product I was charged for would get rid of the pee smell . It didn’t work in our front room ! They did a good job and were friendly , but the smell of pee is still there .

You really can’t tell how good a job was done until it dries and I noticed several spots that could use another cleaning pass and one spot that was located behind a door that was still really dirty.

Ensure customer contact information is correct. After scheduling an appointment, I spoke with your company a couple times over the phone prior to the technician's visit. There were multiple opportunities to double check my phone number, but it was off by a digit. This caused an inconvenience for myself and the technician, as he tried to call me to see if he could come to the property early (which I would have loved!), but since he had the wrong #, he couldn't get through and it held us both up.
The prices are fair, the service is good and the technician was friendly and knowledgable.
Arrived promptly with clean and proper uniform and truck. The service man, Zack, was extremely knowledgeable about products and carpets. Zack was very professional and thorough besides having patience with us older senior customers.
From scheduling to the day of service, customer service was great. The technician actually arrived a bit early, and waited until we had the furniture moved. He did offer to help, but we declined. The tech was knowledgeable of our pet odor issues and for a reasonable additional fee (which we were made aware of prior to scheduling), treated the carpet prior to steam cleaning. He advised us on drying time and how to expedite the drying process using fans. He was friendly and professional the entire time. My carpets smelled fresh and clean for the first time in months!
