I was not impressed with the cleaning. We didn't have stains, no spills, no pets, etc. The reason for the service was our carpet is now just over three years old and it's flat in the higher traffic areas. We just needed to "fluff" the carpet to restore it. This didn't work.
I called Zerorez because I didn't want to put any chemicals in my carpet just to fluff it up. I thought the extra cost would be worth it. Not only was it significantly more expensive, it didn't even work. The carpets were flat again after it dried.
I do t feel like carpets were cleaned very well and traffic areas were improved after cleaning. The quotes over the phone don’t align with the info from the tech. Example: 3 rooms and a hallway. They don’t ask size of rooms. Tech always finds that a room is oversized and extra charge. This happened to me and my friend

Quick and great service
We shopped around at other places like Alaska Air and were quoted double/triple the price for cleaning the air ducts. The other companies said they would provide the same service that Zerorez was providing. We were very happy with the service they provided and how careful and clean the were to keep things during and after they were done. We also had our carpet cleaned by them. We had previously had it cleaned by Stanley Steamer and they left residue on the carpet that stayed for a year. Zerorez cleaned the carpet and there is no residue and the carpet is much cleaner than Stanley ever was able to achieve. would highly recommend this service.
They did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets, stairs, area rug, and dining room chairs. We will definitely be calling them back the next time we need our carpets cleaned!
Quick and easy
Appointments have always been punctual. The service individual is friendly and knowledgeable. There is no smell to the products used on the carpet. The price is extremely reasonable.

The technician arrived ahead of schedule (due to a cancellation), was personable and competent. All water-based spots were removed and baseboards were protected. The final bill was exactly as originally quoted.
