Doesn't seem to have worked as well as our first time using your service.Few spots did not clean up very well.
The employee 's that you send are always professional and do a great job. They come in and look at the rooms spray where needed and explain what they were going to do. Good jobs, are hard to find these days, but they do it right thats way I keep having them return again and again. The house smells so refreshing, after the rugs dry, and it doesn't need much time for them to be done drying. You can have your rooms back in place same day or wait till next day.

Great customer service on the phone and in person. Very informative. They asked to come early and that worked out better for my schedule. Chris was done in 2 hours and the place looked amazing. He even moved a heavy box I forgot to have my husband move the night before.

I was really worried as I had a blood stain in my carpet. The tech was concerned as well when he saw the stain. In no time at all both the tech and myself were happy and rejoicing because he was able to get the stain out. Now my new carpet looks brand new once again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Just had the carpets cleaned at my business and alot of the stains were showing back up within 1-2 days of the cleaning. With my old carpet cleaner i did not have this problem but i am unsure if its just the stains are too tough or the cleaning was not thorough enough.

Better quoting when we call in. I thought it be about $150 max based on the information provided to me by the scheduler.
Tech showed up and the quote went up to over $300. Removed some of the recommended services and ended up at $212.
The reason it was more was because the scheduler told me the per treatment was $35, not $35 per room. So I paid $115 to have my tiny little apartment carpets cleaned and treated for the pets.
Just thought it was very shady and disappointed by this. Tech was nice and carpets are clean, but the price was excessive for my small (700 sq ft) apartment.
