The special water and stain remover works and dries quickly. Chris worked diligently and was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained process thoroughly. Would definitely recommend him and your product to there. We plan on using again.
My carpet might be too old, it seems that we were able to get it cleaner last time. Just not overly impressed with the results in the downstairs high traffic area
The technician was prompt and friendly. He explained the process and recommended additional services but was not pushy. The carpet was clean and fresh when the tech was complete. Very pleased!

The 2 men that came out to do the job were very friendly and polite. Actually one of the guys was in Training, the other was the lead guy. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time and I was happy with the results. I'm now considering having my air ducts cleaned by your company

I felt as though the job was rushed while cleaning my motorhome! The Tech passed over carpet once and maybe twice and didn’t even use the hand tool which left several areas not cleaned! Total time cleaning in motorhome was about 5 minutes for $98.00.
I guess the only way to have things done right is to it myself! I usually tip but not this time!

The technician was very thorough and did a nice job cleaning our carpets.
I contacted Zerorez and set up an appointment. They called me a couple of days before the date to confirm the time and date. On the day of the appointment, the service agent called 30 minutes before the scheduled time as I was told he would. He came on time, was very professional and nice. After each carpet area was cleaned he asked us to look at it to make sure that we were happy with the results. I have already told other people about the great service that we received. I would definitely call again.
