I have sent it twice. I dont know what is wrong with your email problems but enough is enough.
Martin did a good job cleaning the carpet in my bedroom and closet. However, he indicated it should be dry in 4-6 or 8 hours and it is still wet 24 hours later.

The technicians were courteous and friendly....BUT, would not help me move one heavy piece of furniture (that had handles); with a cast on my arm, I would have hoped for more...but otherwise great job.
No Chemicals??
The carpets remained wet for 36 hours. Technician stated would be dry in 4 - 8 hours. Technician dragged hoses on stairwell rails and walls causing me to have to touch up freshly painted walls and rails.

Zerorez was prompt and professional. Our Cleaning Technician Greg W. was kind enough to call us half hour before he showed. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and tile. It looked new when he was done! We will definitely use Zerorez again, and will request Greg, as he did an amazing job, and was courteous and professional.
