It was done fast. He only used less than one and half hour to clean few rooms but Job quality was not so good.
Our carpet is made of Triexta. Service tech recommended a spray on protector. I was not convinced. The product contained an acid-dye blocker. IMHO not required for Triexta. An all-in-one product is not the answer. Had he offered a repellent I might have had it applied. Still unsure what your product is made of...Stochguard or Teflon?
He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet! A ten!
I like the results of the work done. Just the price got me unexpectedly. Quality work though and friendly customer service. I will recommend you guy to all my friends....

The guys were friendly and made it very easy to handle the job with me not being present. Very accomodating, and the carpets looked great.It was for a moveout, they look as good as when I moved in.

I’ve been using Zerorez for years, ever since I moved to the Las Vegas valley. I’ve always done the same space, 3 rooms and 3 hallways with pet treatment in one hallway. The pet treated hallways requires a level 2 treatment, which has cost $60 in the past. However the last time they came out I was quoted $300 for the same space, which was no better or worse than usual. I understand not everyone likes to do the level 2 treatment, as it requires extra work, but I don’t believe it’s worth an extra couple hundred dollars. I’ve scheduled someone else to come back out for a second opinion on the estimate, but I’m afraid we’re wasting each other’s time. It’s unfortunate, but you’ve lost a regular customer.
Rey E was our technician to clean our tile. He was on time- called to let us know he would soon be here. Explained the process to us and remeasured for the accuracy of the sq. Footage. He was considerate, did an awesome job - our tile looks great- we are very pleased. We particularly like that there are no chemicals used - everything is safe for us and for our 2 small dogs. We routinely bring our area rugs to Zerorez for cleaning and we’ve always been pleased with the results. You are our trusted floor and rug cleaning co. The employee performing the service was great. However one of the rooms took more than 24 hours for the carpet to dry. I never had this issue before with your company.

The only negative I would like to say is that I didn't think the carpeting would be left so wet.
It was still wet in most areas when we went to bed around 10pm.
TJ from Zerorez was punctual, friendly, quick, and just did an overall excellent job. Our carpets were horrendous and they looked and smelled amazing when he was done. The price was very fair as well. I will definitely be using them again.

Also, making,setting up, and confirming the appointment was very easy. I called to confirm and a "real" person actually answered the phone with no prompts or waiting!!!!!!
