Very professional and on time would recommend them to anyone
I've used your company several times however this time I'm not very happy with the carpet cleaning. The high traffic areas does not look as if it was cleaned. I was told that there are two types of cleaning a surface and a deep clean and that would cost me much more. I think time I'll have to try Stanley Steamer. I'm very disappointed.

I received a quote over the phone which I was pleased with, however, the serviceman did a sales job on my spouse and the cost was more than double the original quote. That does not make me happy! Additional possible services should be addressed at the time the original quote was given.

Took my 12 year old carpet and made it look five years newer again, also cleaned my large shag area rug which now looks new again we have multiple dogs and this rug is there favorite spot to play.
I would definetly recommend them and will be using them again.

The Zerorez man always shows up at the time requested. We use them at least twice a year and they really do a great job!
Technicians, Carlos and Cesar, did an amazing job! They were professional and personable.
Before I called Zerorez I had Stanley Steamers clean the carpet in 2 rooms. They left so much soap in my carpet when it dried it was crunchy, stiff and matted down. The second time I had Zerorez clean my carpet I did the 4 step cleaning. My carpet is like new again. It's soft and clean. I'm very pleased with the time and effort Cory spent getting the dried soap out
