The first 2 services I received over the years were excellent. This last service, I was not completely satisficed.
I thought the first two were a lot cleaner than this one. I expected my computer and second TV room to be much better since I paid for a DEEP cleaning on top of the regular cleaning. I thought that there was and area in my computer room that was not spotted or with stains that should have been cleaner. It just looks like a dark area in the middle of the floor. Regular dirt.

Thorough and professional! TJ came to my house to clean our area rugs and he did an amazing job. He even showed me a before and after photo that blew my mind! We will definitely be using zero Rez again in the future!

This was not as good as the previous cleaning. There were some places where there was a lot of water left in the rug and I need to watch some of the areas that had spots. I know I have 30 days and will keep an eye on these areas. The cleaner really hurried here so I have to say he was not as thorough as previous cleaners. I have used your company several years and have recommended it to many people, but now have misgiving. I could not understand why when he put shoe covers on before he came in, he then went outside to get machine started and left his shoe covers on outside. He did this a couple times.
