Great job cleaning spots and removing pet odors
This was our second time using Zerorez, and they did another great job!
the guys always arrive in the time slot they said they would. My carpets always look great after they get done' they practically look new again. The guys who clean the carpets are nice and professional. Carpets dry quickly.
The service provided was exemplary! He did not rush and explained everything. He made sure that the carpets and all of the pet stains were well addressed and taken care of. He did not rush and made sure that I was happy and comfortable with the carpet shampooing. He was very professional and personable. I could not be happier with the service that was provided and feel so much better having clean and sanitized carpets!
The Rep. was on time. The Equipment worked wonderful and the Rep. knew all about his product. His name was Alex and he represented your company in the best light.

I was contacted by tech the day of appointment with an approximate time of arrival. After seeing the area rug, he told me the options which made it easier to make the right decision. He took the rug the same day. He was professional, punctual and knowledge.

Well I think overall that my carpets were cleaned, they really werent very dirty, however when a company gives you a window of 1-4pm and the shows up at 355 with no call first I am not sure I am that happy about that. Secondly when your technician spends a total of 25 minutes on the property including setup time and walk thru I think that is not sufficient for the kind of money you are charging. Secondly requiring me to do all the vacuuming and prep work seems totally irresponsible on your part, as far as I am concerned you are making me do your job so you Tech can get here, walk the property clean the carpets and leave in 20 minutes. Although I like the idea and the process I am not sure I would call you again or recommend you.
There is no need for you to do anything for me
Zero Rez is the only carpet and tile cleaning service I use and would ever recommend. Their staff are always courteous and professional and give the best service. I rate them a 10 every time .
