1st time using your services. Tech Eric did an excellent job & explained about your specific solutions used to clean carpet & safe for allergy prone people like myself. What was great that the area rugs were not soaked & dried much faster than other carpet companies with very little odor.

The team sent over were amazing! They pulled so much hidden dog hair out of the carpet from the previous owners' dog, I couldn't believe it. The employee who was sent to clean my carpets was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I only have 3 bedrooms with carpet and he was in and out quickly allowing me to go on with my day.

The look of the carpet & tile exceeded my expectations. The no soap or shampoo technique is of major importance. The service tech was entirely professional. Was able to book the cleaning quickly.

I had Michael and Chris clean my carpets they were very cordial and answered all of my questions. Zerorez has cleaned my Mom's and sister's houses all good jobs. I will use again when needed.
Michael, our tech, and Chris, listened to us and did a great job addressing our concerns. Many companies clean tile and carpet. Not all listen to the desires of their customers and attempt to satisfy them. Michael is the reason Zerorez got this job.
