Service was excellent and carpets look great. Casey answered all of our questions about what was different between how Zerorez cleans carpets compared to other services. We liked the fact that the carpets dried much quicker than other methods.

No chemicals
We live zerorez! Our daughter has allergies and most of the other carpet cleaners use harsh cleaning chemicals that cause her eyes to run terrible. We tried zerorez a few years ago and that’s the only company we use now. Not only do they not use the harsh chemicals, the carpets are damp when they leave . Most other companies leave the carpet so wet it can take days to dry.?
No chemical smell. Carpet soft when dry. No crunchy carpet. Technician was helpful and professional. No complaints at all!!
they promised to get the smell out of my carpet, it smells very very bad they did not live up to the promises made to me my carpet is still dirty you can tell that by wearing white socks and the bottom of them are black I paid way too much and got way too little.

it cost me 264 dollars to get a level 1 cleaning with pet guard all you guys do is start upselling the second you walk in the door(2 rooms and a 6 foot hallway)

Customer service was great. The gentleman was very friendly. The solutions smelt amazing and the carpets turn out so clean.
We like the fact that Zerorez does not use chemicals, therefore there is no chemical smell when they are finished cleaning our carpets. The technicians are fast, on-time, courteous and efficient. Our carpets dry much faster than they do with other carpet cleaning companies. I don't have to worry that my dog might come in contact with something harmful. But, they are a little bit more expensive. If you watch out for promotions you can reduce that difference. You do get what you pay for. In our house Zerorez is worth it.
Dog hair on couch cushons, Dig not complete cleaning of the rug. Tech sent out the second day was looking for excuses no to clean the rug.
Isaiah was great. He was able to remove the majority of the stains there previous cleaner could not (or did not). Thank you Isaiah!
So far I have liked the carpet cleaning very much. I feel your system does a great job. I was not happy with the counter top cleaning. I do not think it did anything. I have my floors coming up next and I hope they go like the carpet cleaning.
