Fast service. Although it was a move-out clean (all my furniture was out) Richie was very fast. The cleaning did not pull up the odors like some. The apartment smelled fresh but not overly perfumed.

The price was much higher than expected and although the tech was wonderful and we enjoyed him, the work was just not as good as last time. In fact, besides the "crunch" to the carpet, I would not have known anything was done this time around. I'm not a complainer so this is tough to share but wanted to mention it as it was such a wonderful experience and great work the first time we used your service, this time was very different as far as quality and price.

When a stain was treated, it was not successfully removed when the technician said it came out just fine. After carpet dried, stain was still obvious.

Absolutely wonderful results every time 😊I get my carpets cleaned a couple times a year and I’m always happy with the results. Tracey the technician that came out was by far very knowledgeable about what kind of cleaning my carpet needed. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and it’s always a challenge to keep my light grey carpets looking good. My carpets looked brand new again thanks to Tracey’s efforts!!!

I have used Zerorez for many years and like the way my floors come out after they have been cleaned. Sometimes they have needed more cleaning and when that happens the floors stay a little wet longer and other times they can be dry in 4-5 hours. They have always been able to get out any stains that I have gotten on the carpet.
Highly recommend them.
