Floors always look great after they come by, technicians are repectful, quick, and efficient.

The 2 people you sent to my house were fantastic. They explained everything to me, made recommendations, based on some pet stains, but did not push or become overly aggressive to try and upsell additional products or services that were not needed. I am sorry I did not remember there names, but it was a Male and Female. Seems like the Male was the senior rep, and the Female may have been in training or at least newer to the job.
I am hopeful either one of them is still with your company in May of 2024 when I get my carpets cleaned again.
