We just had the upholstery cleaned on our dining room chairs. Cory did an excellent job - these chairs look brand new! There was one stain that lifted in my loft. Cory quickly spot cleaned it and now it’s nowhere in sight. Great company, great communication, and great hospitality.
I had my carpets cleaned in a 10x10 room with a closet. The technician inspected the room for any stains, He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and cleaned the room quickly. He also recommended tile cleaning. He cleaned a small area of tile and gave me a quote.
I would recommend Zerorez to friends and family. There wasnt any chemical smell and it dried in about 6 hours with a ceiling fan on.

I believe your employee went to fast. I have seen this done many times over the las 40 years, you guys went from set up to break down in lees that one hour. Afterwards my dogs were sniffing various locations as if there was something still in the carpet. He was professional, but to fast and he was on the phone the whole time. He had to pause the call each time i asked him a question.
