The guy that did our rugs was excellent- professional, courteous and thorough. We enjoyed his comments to make our rugs better and he finished his work on time. The entire process was great and we are so happy. The only bummer of the entire experience is my wife totally spaced leaving him a tip- but we will have him back!

The technician only spent 20 minutes total. Ignored the carpet by by the baseboards and left a crunchy toxic residue that took hours to properly vacuum up. Not impressed.

Angel was wonderful!! We had several stains in a couple of rooms and he was, through his hard work and tenacity, able to remove them all. After he arrived I asked if he could clean our sofa and he graciously added that to our work order. He did all the floors and sofa in a timely manner and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Very professional and informative.

Ease of contacting your business and scheduling service. That coupled with the knowledge of the technician Ricardo who was sent to complete the job. Ricardo explained the process and recommended solutions to help with the cleaning process. He was dealing with 5 rooms of 20+ year old, high quality carpet. It hadn’t been professionally cleaned for at least 10 years. Two bedrooms had extensive pet stains, as was revealed through his UV flashlight. He treated concerning area’s and extracted all detectable stains. It’s hard to believe the wonderful results we received. Thanks Ricardo for your courteous demeanor, professional appearance, work ethic and knowledge in your profession. C. Bakke
The carpet cleaning was top notch and Richie was knowledgeable and professional.
That no chemicals are used
Customer service was excellent from the woman on the phone making the appointment to Talon, the tech. Talon called to ask if he could come early, which was great. He did a good job cleaning the couch and cleaning up after himself. He has a great personality. :)
