Pricing for long term customers definitely can be better. If Furtinture isn’t moved and left in place, the square footage consideration should be reduced from a max to a combination with another room.
In my opinion it looks the same no difference at all, It also appears that the carpets were over saturated and we had to vacuum them ourselves to help get all the water out

Somehow my phone number was confused with my friend Jenny and she was getting messages regarding my house. I might suggest that the person actually doing the job, contact me direct as soon as the job is scheduled.
So far……everything. First time I used them and will use them again. Really important to me, came on time and even called little early to see if it was ok to come then. Really nice guy (Ethan) and did a good job and was in and out in about an hour. Put AC on a few degrees cooler than usual and all was dry in about 4 hours but you can walk on carpet right away with white socks. Had some new furniture and some old and removed some stuff but they went around everything and did a great job. Will use them again.

My carpeting was cleaned by Zerorez several months ago. I was so impressed by how fresh, clean and soft it was—and still is! The treatment actually breathed new life to light bright beige carpet. It’s a medium pile rug, which after cleaning looked new again; even in the heavy traffic areas.
Unfortunately, a couple of days ago, my senior dog was sick and messed in the dining room. I called Zerorez for help, and I was scheduled to have that area treated and cleaned the next morning. Derek and Stephen worked on that ugly, smelly spot, and the results are incredibly relieving! No sign of an accident ever occurring.
The technician, Derek, cleaned my carpets the last time, and made very helpful suggestions to maintain the life and beauty of my rugs, and I know that the reason this new stain cleaned up so easily was that I followed the suggestions that he had given me for treating animal mishaps. They know their stuff!!!
I would happily recommend this company to anyone who really cares about getting satisfying results from knowledgeable professionals.

Brian and Mike were excellent technicians. They called 15 min. before they arrived. My window of time was 12-3 and they arrived promptly at 12. After introducing themselves and surveying the cleaning area to be done they began to bring my carpets back to life. When they left my carpets looked like new and dried beautifully. I always use Zerorez and my carpets look great. I have been a customer for years and recommend them highly.
