The quality of work is great. I was a couple of months over-due on getting our carpets cleaned and I had some areas of the carpet that needed a little extra attention. Everything came up really well and we couldn't be happier with the service.
HELLO, i was not given what i paid for,i had a coupon and also called ZEROREZ to confirm my 3 rooms $35.00 ea and a FREE HALLWAY with this PURCHASE. I told them on the phone i do not have a CARPETED HALLWAY, could they do a small strip in a bedroom full of furniture instead and she said YES ,the CLEANERS got here and tried to charge me for FULL PRICE EXTRA ROOM!!!!THIS is FALSE ADVERTISING and also called UPSELLING,this how you will lose me as a CUSTOMER!!!! I had to spend extra money for the ORIGINAL QUOTE.i would not recommend this company,I SHOULD GET a DISCOUNT next YEAR or will go to a different company.
I was very pleased with my experience with Zerorez, including scheduling, promptness, quality of product, and and Joe who did the actual cleaning was great. I will definitely use Zerorez the next time I need my carpets cleaned as well as recommend you to others. Thank you!

I already left a very, very detailed review on Google reviews and yesterday someone replied to that saying a manager would reach back out to me. No one has yet. Here is the review:
Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with this service and would First name removed for a manager to reach out to me to discuss further.
The cleaning started off with our technician, Jess, arriving to our house and my husband telling him he was on a work call but could kind of get him started; walk him through the rooms, answer any questions, etc. Jess seemed to completely disregard that information and once he got started and my husband back to work, he proceeded to knock on my husbands closed office door three separate times to ask him to check the room he had just finished to see if he liked it. No question, didn’t need help, he just wanted to see if he liked it. That would have been fine typically if my husband wasn’t busy, except this day and age when people work from home, you would think a tech would be respectful of that and knock if there was truly an issue or a question. He had no care for the fact that my husband was working.
Then, the theme of the appointment was, “upsell, upsell, upsell” which is something I just don’t stand for, as I am in the service industry and I think there’s a way to upsell and inquire about services genuinely, and then there’s a way that is extremely pushy and not personable at all. Jess started off by immediately asking if we wanted to add the stairs to our service (which I had specifically declined when making the appt). He gave some reason as to why we should do this and my husband ultimately agreed…which is fine…but it didn’t stop there. He then later tried to upsell us on scotch guarding the carpets (which my husband declined and Jess rudely replied, “why man, are you on a budget or something? I’m giving you such a great deal on this!”) and then later tried to upsell us to do our entire downstairs tile floor, which we also declined because by this time, we were over Jess and his attitude and tactics. Jess must’ve realized his comment about us being on a budget was rude because he apologized for it at the end saying, “he speaks without thinking sometimes” but then said, “once you get the survey about my service, the only answer is a 10 out of 10!” Are you serious?! Also, every time Jess tried to push an upsell on us, he would say it was such a great deal and we needed to do it through him if we were to do it because everyone else would charge way more! Not sure Zerorez would be happy to hear their tech is PUSHING clients to spend more money, yet giving clients discounts on services that no one else has the authority to give…Anyways, I also came to find out he didn’t do any black light prior to the service, which I was told was something the techs do, and was one thing I thought was pretty neat about Zerorez! Honestly, I am extremely disappointed in this service and had heard such great things about Zerorez that I’m hoping someone reaches out to make things right. We will see. Until then, they have absolutely lost a customer and will not be receiving any recommendations from me to my friends and colleagues.
