Professionally, on time, same day appointment.

I scheduled for three rooms and hallway to be cleaned. I needed only two rooms and the hallway, so that’s all that I asked to have done. The rooms were empty and the carpet had recently been cleaned by another carpet cleaner, however, I had Zerorez come out because the floor felt Like it still had residue, and because zero Rez talks about not leaving a residue, I hired zerorez.
The reason I am disappointed, I had a couple surface spots that did not get clean. I did not point the spots out because I thought professional high tech equipment would get the spots up. I ran my home carpet cleaner with hot water over the spots and they came right up. I also redid my hallway, and the tank water was not clean. I feel Zerorez did not do a thorough job, did not feel like my carpet was thoroughly and professionally cleaned.

Not so thrilled this time. Price was exorbitant when first quoted. I have used you several times and have been satisfied. I had to cut the price by having only one half of my kitchen done and the living room carpet. In the past, I've always had you do the small entry way to my bedroom and they have done it for free. This time Angel said he would have to charge me for a complete room, which I found ridiculous. Have had great service in the past. Will try you once more before I move on.

Tracy was great! Very thorough and detail oriented. Two other gentlemen came and helped him finish the job and they did not do a good job. I had to call and have Tracy come back out to redo the area they had cleaned.

The technicians are always careful and clean when they walk into my home. They have their booties on and are careful about dragging their hoses throughout our rooms. They are honest about what is needed and what is not. My carpets and upholstery look great when they are through.

The technician was super professional, efficient and did a beautiful job! I believe his name was Joseph. He was very kind and respectful and provided great customer service. This person should be highly valued by your company. He is a credit to your business.

I have usually always been very happy with Zerorez. Had great confidence that this visit would be the same. I learned so many new information tidbits with your technician this time so realized new ideas and better treatment of carpet is possible. Then I even saw him use a device that was square and he stood on it to suck up excess water. I had never seen that used before, but it made a huge difference in the part of of the carpet where I witnessed it being used. He assured me it would be dry in 12 hours. That was 10 in the morning and we stayed off the carpet until 10 that same night. When I returned to that room the only almost dry spot was where he used the suction devise. The rest of the room was still very soggy. This tech probably had never cleaned a thick wool carpet that was very dirty. It its now 31 hours since he left and it is still wet but not soggy. I have had two fans going and an open screen door on a slider on an 88 degrees day. I do hope Zerorez will be able to receive this information.

I love that fact that my carpet feels, looks and smells brand new.

The job was done in a timely and professional manner.

Although the rep was very nice and friendly, I was disappointed that the only areas you clean the the "ones in sight". In the one carpeted area its clear that you didn't clean under the bed, even though it was free of objects and the bed is almost 20" off the ground with only 4 slim, metal legs.

Similarly, for the additional amount to do the rug, I would have expected the coffee table to have been moved, at least. Its smack dab in the middle of the carpet and was a glaring difference to the rest of the "visible areas" (aka those not occupied by a couch)

Also, I would have benefited with the knowledge of how slick the carpet would be. After 4 hours of waiting, I did walk on it and the went to my master bath (tiled floor) only to slip and fall once my feet hit the tile. (I'm uninjured)

Lastly, the estimates for dry time were waaaaay off. I have a fan laying on the ground STILL trying to dry an area of carpet. This cleaning was DAYS ago.

So. Yeah. Probably won't be recomending.
