Our service provider was on time! Chelsea was quick and efficient. The carpets look so much better! There were a few coffee stains that did not come out, which was a disappointing.
It is just ironic that I chose the Coldest day of the past few years to get my carpets cleaned!

I've been a customer, I believe since you came to Jax. I've used other companies, and the biggest difference to me, which is important, is the carpets when finished are not soaked. Drying time is quicker. Of course cleaned carpets is always maintained!
I had a great experience overall. But I paid extra for Odor eliminating in one room and it doesn’t seem to have done anything at all. The smell is still there

My original estimate was higher than my actual bill because you changed your pricing. My two chairs were billed as recliners and each cost as much as my couch. Not understanding that and pretty disappointed

I was able to get an appointment right away and the technician did a good job. There was a a little problem but they came out right away to fix it
The service was wonderful, but more importantly the rug is clean and it has kept its beautiful softness when you walk on it. I was so afraid of other chemicals and soaps on the rug. I wanted to preserve the softness and have no residue on the rug. Mission accomplished.

Most products and services have been excellent! Only one mediocre service occurred in several years.
The team that came out clearly explained the process and after the initial review of our system, shared any additional challenges that might need to be looked at in a way that we could understand. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after the service was done. We are very pleased with Zerorez and will recommend them to friends and family.

What a fantastic job! Our floors were awful, bathroom even had grout smeared over tiles that did not belong, and it had had been there for years, and it came out beautifully! Thank you for such a great job!
