He was very considerate about performing the cleaning to make it as safe & effective as possible. He is very courteous and very personable . Couldn’t recommend him more. We have been pleased with the quality of work in the past for our carpet and furniture. Zeroez kept us up to date their arrival time via text. Our tech came on time, notifying us as he got close. Morgan was professional and efficient. He explained everything he would do, and warned us ahead of some areas that might have some issues. He volunteered giving us a small test area for tile cleaning and we were impressed. He agreed to do it on this visit and was at our house all day, never taking a break. He remained pleasant the entire time. He gave us the estimate before any work and there were no surprises.
We were very pleased with the results of the tile, carpet, rugs and furniture and felt it was worth the cost. Would recommend Morgan.
