The Zerorez team was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Would 10/10 use their services again.
We have used zeroez for our carpet cleaning for years and every time we’re always satisfied with the results. They go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with their work, we’ve never been disappointed.
When they were done with my white sofa, it looked like the day it was delivered to the house. They also did my carpet under my dining room table, which was mostly brown from dog dirt and food, and it looks like almost brand new. The gentleman that did the service was wonderful, he explained all the products and the services that they have including Tile and grout cleaning which I need now too. It was a pleasant experience. The job was professional, and I will use them again.
Your pet odor and stain removal product doesn't work. Even after being reserviced and having the tech clean the problem areas, the pet odor and stain is still there. I would like a refund as I did not get what was advertised. I wasnt expecting completely brand new looking carpets, but at least I was expecting my carpets to not smell strong of pet odor anymore. I gave your company a lot of money to clean my carpets and I am very disappointed in the results. I was really looking forward to looking and smelling better.
I highly recommend Zerorez! Harrison was prompt, professional, and courteous. I received a message 30 minutes prior to arrival. He explained the process and was very thorough.
Initially I scheduled to have a sectional, rug, and carpet in 1 room cleaned. Fantastic job on all! In conversation, I mentioned that I wish they also cleaned curtains as I thought dry cleaning $$$$ was the only option for blackout curtains. To my surprise, Harrison said they do offer this service, and at a fair price! I added this service to refresh 8 curtain panels and WOW! They look and smell amazing!! I will be scheduling a return visit for additional curtains. Have already referred friends and family to Zerorez. Thank you Harrison, for exceptional service and attention to detail!

Easy to get scheduled- nice friendly staff on the phone and the tech who does the actual cleaning. Second time Trey has been my tech and he is really good! I have used Zerorez several times and I am always pleased with the results.
Great communication about service time and called to say they had an earlier time so we accepted it. Antonio was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Two rugs cleaned and look great. He cleaned up any drops of water on floor before leaving. Great company.

Colton, service rep, was punctual, professional and knowledgeable about the products being used. The tile and grout looked much better after the cleaning. He did a very good job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend your company and do plan on scheduling carpet cleaning at a later date.
My section is visibly much cleaner. I have piece of mind knowing that the build up of dirt and oils has been removed.

This week I received excellent service from Lou and Malakaih, two very professional technicians. They took the time to thoroughly inspect our carpets before applying various solutions and then proceeded to carefully cover all areas especially those with some obvious stains. This is not the first time using Zerorez and won't be the last. Obviously, I highly recommend this company.
The process is clean and efficient. The fact that you’re not using chemicals. Unfortunately the pet stains did not come out of the carpet.
