The technician called 15 minutes before his arrival. He was kind, pleasant, informative, and so generous. He went above and beyond by hitting the inner walkways of my office space and I couldn't be more thankful! We just purchased our first home and paid for carpet cleaning shortly after. HUGE waste of money. My dad told me to call Zerorez. They came in and lifted the crap left behind from the "cleaning" 2 months ago and the spots that previous company couldn't lift.

The area rug doesn’t look clean. The deep pile strands down deep are white but not on top of the rug. The top of the rug stilll looks dingy and grey.

I have been using ZeroRez for years. They do such a great job and the techs are very professional. Caleb was my technician this week and he did an amazing job cleaning my upholstery!! He took his time and worked on a spot on my couch that I did not think he could get out but he did! I highly recommend ZeroRez !!

We have used them many times. They are prompt, courteous and clean our carpets perfectly. Our upholstery also, couches, rugs.
We had our ducts cleaned and there was a problem afterward. I reached out to Zerorez and explained the problem and they returned based on my schedule and promptly fixed the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend them.
The technician, Gabe, was professional, courteous and most of all, thorough. I have a cream colored sectional that had several serious stains like coffee, cola and ink. He did an EXCELLENT job and got all of the stains out. My furniture looks brand new. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

I did not like the demeanor of the service provider. I have had multiple cleanings with other companies and did not have the restrictions of walking on the carpet after the “pre-treatment.” This should be clarified to customers that they will need to remain in a secluded area during treatment. The service provider claimed that if I walked on the carpet for the pretreatment it would track on the hardwood and need to be mopped- that’s my decision. And he had booties which is what he could have given me to use if I needed to walk on the carpet. This is all in addition to a 4 hour time window which makes it difficult to plan your day and then be told with an attitude that you can’t walk on the carpet. Again I have had this service with another company without this restriction. I also didn’t like the smell of the chemicals used- it was very strong and previous services I have obtained did not have this strong chemical smell.
