There were a few spots left and 2 in the master bedroom that weren’t there before.

Did not clean master bedroom closet. Many areas did not look clean. Did not move anything. Just cleaned around stuff. He did complete the entire job in less than one hour.

Your service technician only spent 10 mins time total cleaning the carpets. So he went Ober them as fast as he could and went to the parking lot to send me the invoice. There was still spots of pet oils on the carpet. The carpet was brand new pwhen I moved in and I only lived there one year. My pet is clean and house trained. I hired your company because of your promise of zero residue. I had to be moved put and have my keys turned in Sunday. So I had to go bavk over my carpet and carpet clean it myself with my cleaner. Even though I vacuumed before he cleaned it, my carpet cleaner still pulled up lots of hair and dirt. I own a cleaning company called DeepClean4Life. We do carpet cleaning and I have employees. I know when an employee goes in and does bare minimum or if nothing at all. That's the kind of service I recieved. I can't afford to replace my entire carpet bc someone else on your team couldn't take the time to pass over a pet oil spot more than once. My carpet cleaning did a better job than whatever you did to my carpet and I had to waste my time dealing with this.

The tech never vacuumed the couch. He just started rubbing leather conditioner on the sofa and now it looks worse than it looked before. Complete waste of my time and money.
