My technician (Christian) was great. He carefully explained options and the end result was outstanding. I had both carpet and tiles cleaned. Everything looks great and my kitchen floor looks so good that I am kicking myself for not having it cleaned sooner!

Cleaning without all the residue
I like the idea of no residue left behind after the cleaning. What I don't like is the price. What I paid would have been a nice down payment on new frniture and rug! Be careful you don'r want to price yourself out of the value market!
