From the very first impression Courtney and Colin worked in the door, polite, professional, neatly dressed and careful to put cover on their shoes, to the end of the cleaning experience - we were really impressed and pleased beyond our expectations. The job was done quietly, carefully and as it was their own home. The carpets looked like brand new and smelled wonderful also. We opted for the extra protection plan and hope the carpets will remain beautiful for a long time.

Tech arrived ahead of schedule. He was polite and courteous and finished quickly. We would definitely recommend.
The technician was not careful where he put the hoses and had them on top of my plants along the walkway. I had to go out and move them. He also let the door stay open after I told him to leave it closed as much as possible. I had a little trouble talking to him. He didn't seem to comprehend what I was saying. He seemed to do a good job though. My oriental rugs look great.
