The carpet, once dried, is worse in the dirty areas than it was before cleaning, including stains that showed up after the cleaning. Assuming the technician did the job correctly, the process did not work and made the carpet look much worse.
The technician spent aprox. 40 minutes actually doing the cleaning for 3 large rooms and one staircase.

Great service-Zerorez did exactly what they said they would do. Our carpet looks great!
1] make the promised call, prior to arriving at the customer's home.
2] wear the foot "booties" noted in your letter, during the cleaning process
3] try not to keep the front door/ main entrance wide open during the entire procedure
Quality of the cleaning
did a much better job and easier than my renting a machine from home depot. Mitch was a nice guy. We have the same dry humor.
The gentleman was on time and professional. He did an outstanding job and was able to remove a couple stains I didn't think could be removed.
Our carpet looks no cleaner than before you came. When I walked in this morning, I thought that maybe your company did not show up!
The only evidence of your visit is that the bathroom tile floor looks cleaner. I think you need to make another visit and reclean and do a better job.
I think a supervisor should come and inspcect the job done intead of a salesperson.

He was time efficient meaning he was here when he said he would be. He immediately started to work and finished the job well within the time we needed so we did not waste our entire day. My carpet is free from spots, smelled fresh, and dried very well. We have no problem referring your company to our friends and neighbors. Thank you.
I like having the carpets cleaned without all the chemicals and they dry very quickly.
Especially satisfied with the young man who cleaned! He was thorough about his inspection and explanations of what he was going to put on the carpet for pets and normal cleaning. I have used Zerorez to clean my carpet for several years. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
