Looking at the carpet immediately after it was done.It looked great.But after the carpet dried most of the stains were still there. And the stains were like spilled chocolate milk no pet stains. It is older carpet the heavy traffic areas looked much better so that I understood but simple food and coffee spills not coming out?was disappointing.
The technician should explain thr process before actually doing the carpet cleaning.

It was quick and easy! The carpet in the hallway looks great! My daughter uses a wheelchair, so her carpet has high traffic marks. But, Colton did a very good job cleaning the carpet in her bedroom.
