The hot hoses coming from the vehicle killed about a two for area of my yard's plants by the curb. It killed the Asiatic Jasmine that I've had growing for about 30 years.

It was easy to get an appointment when I needed it. The representative that came was very helpful and did a nice job.

Harrison was great! He understood our needs for what we needed our floor to look like and he gave us great advice. We are also amazed at how clean our carpet looks! Years of tracked in grime now looking like it never happened! Amazing! We had tried getting rid of the stains ourselves by renting equipment, but they were still visible. Our carpet has never looked so good! Harrison educated us on our type of carpet, why the Zerorez solution works, and how to maintain this clean! Bravo!!

THE RECEPTIONIST WAS NEW BUT, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND BOOKING MY APPOINTMENT. THEN THE FOLLOW-UP SERVICE BEGAN THAT WAS INCREDIBLE! REMINDERS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE TECHNICIAN'S VISIT.
THEY TEXTED TO REMIND AND OFFER ASSISTANCE. THEY CALLED TO REMIND AND VERIFY THEIR ARRIVAL TIME. THE TECH SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND REALLY GAVE ME FINISHED CARPETS TO SHOW NEW PROSPECTIVE RENTERS.
OVERALL A VERY COMPLETE AND FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT ALL LEVELS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL CERTAINLY RE-USE WHEN NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.
Very good job on cleaning the carpets but the Attitude and Professionalism of Josh McKenzie was awesome. He explained everything about what happening and smiled throughout the whole ordeal. Zerorez should consider themselves extremely lucky to have employees such as Josh! Good Job Joshua!

We were the techs third job so he was not on his best. He came in saying that he could not do the small area rugs as they were priced wrong. I stated that they were measured and that was the quote so he could remeasure, but he should do them based on the quote. He agreed, but in the end he did NOT do them but they were removed from the bill. He also did NOT do the floor in the patient bathroom, stating they had just been done, but they were part of the quote, we did want them done, and he did NOT adjust the bill. Overall, the floors do look good, but the attitude in dealing with customers could be much improved by this tech. In the end we did not get everything we paid for.
Jake and Clayton were wonderful to work with. They were here when we were told they would be, explained the process, and worked hard to keep the areas clean as they went along. We will definitely recommend them to friends and will use them again.
I like the personal detail with the technician but I do not like the phone system or the inability to return a call without getting a middle person who has no idea of what is going on

You guys charged me a ridiculous "3rd floor fee". Supposedly did not tell the technician, he complained about having to come up to the 3rd floor. He did not bring anything to secure his hoses, and had to rely on me to hold the hoses as well as set up a makeshift mount for your hoses. I then had to help him go up and down the stairs setting up his stuff. Lastly, while I admit the floor looked better than what it did beforehand, I had to plead with him to really wash it thoroughly as there were spots that were improving each time he washed it but he was in a rush to leave. Also couldn't find his grout sealer for nearly 30 minutes.
I should not have been charged the 3rd floor fee and regret tipping him. I only tipped him because I felt bad about asking him to do his job.
If your going to keep charging that stupid fee then the client should not be expected to assist in any way at all.
