I am not at all satisfied with the work you did, you are supposed to be specialists and professionals in carpet cleaning and mine were simply left with all the dirt and shadows of dirt especially in the traffic areas... the next day my family and I had to really clean them and remove all the dirt with a domestic vacuum cleaner since your professional said that those marks simply stayed there because they were permanent... What I want is my money back because you didn’t do the job for which a pay for. My family and I cleaned the carpets next day because the house had to be ready for inspection and the new tenants.

Your satisfaction guarantee is fraudulent, and your offer to send again a technician, was offered too late, because the house was supposed to be ready two days after your good for nothing service.

Morgan did an amazing job in getting some older stains off the carpets. I especially like the clean smell after it's all done.

At the time of our quote I was told that our PT equipment and tables would be moved and what could not be moved would be cleaned around. I was also told that the cleaning time would be about 2 hours.

When the tech came on Saturday, he was alone and told our employee that he was not permitted to move anything. He also told her that any tables or equipment sitting on the carpet would be damaged by his cleaning. He did help he put things up on Styrofoam blocks, but we are talking about very heavy wooden physical therapy tables and metal equipment and a lone female employee.

They do a great job and the carpets stay cleaner longer. Hence the name
