After several carpet cleaner disasters to our carpet, Zerorez came in and fixed our carpet to almost brand new! Quick and easy, in and out, with no issues. Cannot recommend enough.
Jake and Albert arrived within the time scheduled. They we immediately friendly, professional and prepared to get started with my home duct cleaning. Throughout this process, Jake was very informative of why and what he was doing. They were both very careful with moving their equipment through my house and cleaned their work areas thoroughly after they were completed. Jake shared before and after photos of my duct cleaning. Afterward he summarized the completed work and answered any remaining questions from me.
Service personnel are good. Best to call office versus doing through text though.

Morgew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to go over the area he was cleaning if I wasn’t satisfied! He went over why I was seeing filtration lines on my carpet and explained HVac cleaning.
I will definitely hire your services again if I get someone like him again. He even gave me booties to walk around the house.

I will definitely be calling Zerorez when I need help cleaning my tile floors and area rugs. Dalton was awesome! He was efficient, very thorough, explained options clearly and gave advice when asked. Even though I added on an extra project, he was gracious with his time and efforts. I am still waiting on area rugs I sent with him for cleaning.. they could not be done in our home . I am not concerned, as I have a feeling they will do a great job there as well.
