Kendall provided above and beyond customer service, he was so kind and patient with my questions and he was eager to help educate me on the how and why of different stuff about getting my carpets cleaned and doing the bio treatment for the pet urine. His communication was so on point. He did a great job and my carpet looks, feels and smells beautiful. It dried quicker than he said which was awesome and I could tell he was just really thorough and he really wanted to be helpful and take care of our needs. I expected a guy working a physical labor job on a Saturday to maybe cut corners and wanna get out of there fast and he was the exact opposite. I am so pleased with the work and yall have a lifetime customer out of me because of that. Someone give that boy a raise! He deserves 20/10 stars!

Ramiro Jaenz did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He arrived on schedule and was professional as he did a thorough cleaning. He answered any questions we had regarding the carpet cleaning process. He gave us some slippers to use to be able to walk on the carpet before it was totally dry.

Rod, my technician was great! He called about 35 mins before arrival to make sure I would be home. He was on time and well within the quoted arrival time. He explained everything he would be doing and was very professional!

I like the fact that they don't use chemicals that will harm my pets. One of my cats is old and has asthma and is sensitive to chemicals and odors. After Zerorez cleaned our carpet my cat had no issues with laying on the still damp carpet.

The cleaning was superb and the Employee who did the work was Efficient and Polite and was friendly and knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone he was fantastic.!!!! When he was finished the carpet looked brand new again.

I saw their truck in my neighborhood doing another job. The truck was clean and well stocked with their own brand of equipmemt and cleaning supplies. That's when I decided to call and try Zerorez. I never used them before but, I will use them again. The technician Zach did a great job cleaning the carpets, sofa and several chairs. He was very thorough and took his time. Everything looked like it was brand new again when finished.

This is the first time that we have used Zerorez and it was significantly better than I expected. Ramiro Jaenz did a wonderful job on our carpet and tile ( the whole house ). Zerorez was recommended to me by a neighbor and since I was not pleased with our previous carpet cleaning, I decided to give Zerorez a chance and my wife and I are extremely pleased by the service.
Ramiro did an excellent job, answered all my questions, took care around corners with his hoses, and cleaned our entire home in about 3 hours. He did not stop or take a break, was extremely efficient and came to my home with his equipment ready to get the job done.
There is not question that I will recommend Zerorez to anyone who is considering having their carpet and tile cleaned.
Finally, the floors dried quickly and are beautiful. He even had fans that he used in each room as he finished cleaning. Could not be happier with the service by Zerorez and effort Ramiro Jaenz put into the cleaning of our carpet and tile.

Technician was super friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Couch and chair look great, ottoman still dirty at the bottom.

He was very courteous and professional he showed up on time he called before to make sure that we were ready for him and gave us a 15 minute heads up that he was coming he did an amazing job our carpets were brought back to brand new we really appreciate it all that he did we will definitely recommend him to a friend or associate and we will definitely use zerorez again
