You came when you said you would be here. You made our carpets and rug look like new. Andrew gave great instructions for making the carpets dry fast and they did. Andrew was careful as he moved things and was open to my suggestions. He was a fine representative of Zerorex in suggesting additional protection after cleaning which we took. He noticed a porch rug was in need of cleaning and said he could take care of that. I declined, but I appreciated his business approach. All in all we have never been disappointed with Zerorez over the years. Marilyn and Bernie Last name removed

Every product is a quality product (carpet cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, duct cleaning). I couldn’t be happier. Beyond that, the quality and professionalism of the staff is exceptional.

Excellent service and great job
Would highly, highly and highly recommend providing your employees with a cordless vacuum w/attachments. Especially due to the amount of debris that is generated from blowing out the vents, etc. Some of the spaces are a pain to get to with the broom and corded vacuum. Plus we live in a house with zero electrical outlets, people that owned this home before us were probably Amish... Having to use the extension cords got me tripping because I don't look down when I walk. We have great homeowners insurance though and there's a life alert fob somewhere around here so that was okay.
We noticed zerorez does not remove the vents from the ceiling and clean them. The company we hired prior did that, but noticed a ton of dust in our home several weeks after the job was performed which is why we went with zerorez this time. Dryer cleanout was not included either.
Pros:
I received a phone call prior to the fellas arriving. I was unable to answer so they left a voicemail and showed up pretty close to the estimated time, within the time window of 12-4. The guys that showed up were very professional and accommodating especially since my wife and I both had conference calls scheduled during the cleaning. The sales pitch was a bit much though, but I get it... and I went with 1/3 things offered so it wasn't for nothing.
The 7 is not a total reflection of the guys that came and did the job. I'm just basing this compared to other companies we have used in the past.
