From the initial phone call...there was immediate response...compliance and scheduling within the time frame I wanted. Service technician called and arrived early! He was very knowledgeable and detailed. Service was delivered as promised...timely and professional ...not to mention couch and chairs spotless!
I would have liked for the floor to have been completely dry. I had to take a towel and mop up some wet spots.
I have used Zeroez for years and recommended them to friends. My friend was very happy with their grout cleaning. She will call you again.
