The technicians were knowledgeable. Worked as efficiently as possible considering the cold weather outside. Clean up was awesome. I was expecting to have to clean up by myself and they cleaned up behind them and more. I would like to give feedback on the the cleanliness, however I have not yet received the before and after pictures of the units so I do not know what each one looked like and would like to see those if possible.

Our Zerorez crew that arrived to clean our air ducts performed their service at our home superbly. Ramiro Jaenz and Carter Cooper went out of their way to be sure we understood each phase of the work, how it works and what to expect throughout the process. Their attention to detail was impressive and thorough, even cleaning our ceiling fans. These guys are excellent representatives for their company. Both are very knowledgeable, polite and personable. It is reassuring to work with strangers who unexpectedly do such a great job while they are in your home and by the time they leave, we feel we have new good friends. Ask for these guys by name and you will be highly satisfied.
