The Tech who serviced me was trying to sell me something I really didn't need. First he wanted to charge me extra for some carpet fiber's that were on the carpet stating that they don't have vacuum cleaners on their work trucks but you are a carpet cleaning company? So he charged me $40.00 extra for that. Then he charged me extra for a forth room saying that my living room was oversized and that it didn't qualify for the 3 rooms special but I thought the forth room was free ( inclusive). Even after paying extra for the room and the vacuuming he couldn't even move my stove over 5ft into the kitchen so the spot under the stove can be clean. I know it wasn't cleaned because the carpet was not wet under the stove area and some empty flooring boxes weren't move and carpet fiber were still in the corner of the room. I will not use this company again. I know this because I came back into town that evening and checked on the property and this is what I found.

And just tom think I was referred by the family member that I work really close with Jason Crittenden. And I have several other properties that I was going to call Zerorez for but now Zero calls for Zerorez from Me....
That rep just lost you a customer..... ugh. bummer.

The service was great from start to finish. The technician ran on time and was quick/ efficient!! He was able to remove stains I didn’t think would come up. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will use this company again.

I have used Zerorez for years. Their techs are always very good and my carpets look great.

The representative that cleaned our carpet was very professional & offered very helpful suggestions to mitigate the pet stains and deodorizer for our space. We had our A/C replaced last year and the company had gotten terrible, grimy, grease stains on our carpet and our rep, Johnathan was able to get it completely out! The carpet smelled great and looked amazing.

We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning and the Technician was through and very nice.. We would have him back next time.

I am totally impressed with the cleaning of my entire tiled house and my house smells really clean. Russell did an excellent job and he was super nice. When one of my grandchildren spilled water on my floor I immediately wiped it up and there was no dirt on the paper towel. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Words cannot express how happy I am with Zerorez! I had my tile cleaned and seal for the first time since I moved into my house 5 years ago! It looks like brand new grout and tile!! Thank you Henry for doing an amazing job!!

I like that you have a variety of services, not just carpet cleaning. You do things like cars, upholstery, and pet smell situations. You do a good job in getting everything clean.

The end result was amazing, my carpet hasn't been this clean since I moved in. The technician was friendly, and very efficient in his work. I had some serious dog accidents that came out beautifully. The carpet dried quickly and feels great again. Will be recommending to others in the future!
