I have always used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning. During this last visit I also had my patio furniture cushions cleaned and they look brand new. Along with doing a thorough job, the team members were very professional and kind.

We were also very impressed with the Zerorez process; using protective guards on the corners of the walls, using a disposal mat to clean shoes when moving between room. And, very important to us - no chemicals - the Zerorez products are not chemical based!! Zerorez has definitely earned our future business!

We had our tile floors cleaned by Henry and he was incredibly nice and professional, and our floors look like they are brand new! We absolutely love Zerorez and have already recommended them to friends and family!

I can’t imagine the tile and grout being any cleaner to be honest. What a difference!!!! Wood floors look great as well it’s just that the tile really shows the change. Wow!!!

Andrew was fantastic. We were a pretty big job at the end of his day and he stayed smiling, did a super thorough job and made sure I was happy. Such great customer service. I like everything about your products and services. I like the ease of arranging an appointment. … the way you send reminders… send the invoice……the fact that no soap is used… the protectant covering for the carpet and the furniture… really works and is helpful. I have liked every Technician who has come to do the work. They have always been helpful …knowledgeable …careful with not only the carpet but with the furniture etc as well. Johnathan was my last technician. He was great …I enjoyed chat with him. He did a fabulous job on our carpet. I have been using Zerorez for several years. Will continue to use them as long as they continue to provide such great service and customer service.
