Great job done by Eddie Chapman. He was courteous, friendly, efficient and the carpets look great. It was easy to schedule the appointment at the time I wanted. Office staff was very friendly and helpful too. I've used Zerorez in the past and will again in the future and have recommended them to many friends.

Carpet was way too wet and one room took almost 20 hours with a high powered fan running on it to dry. Another room has a strange chemical odor and it is the same carpet in all rooms. I have used Zerorez in the past (in another state) and been very pleased. Not this time.
